BBTech Corporation offers its popular course, Designing and Implementing Blackboard Applications. This course is intended for technical and management-level personnel who are interested in learning about blackboard architectures. The course will provide the information needed to decide if a blackboard approach is the right approach for your problem and the expertise needed to begin a development effort.

In this course, we present the pros and cons of the blackboard problem-solving approach and explore mechanisms for quickly creating an initial "skeleton" of an application. Through hands-on work with the application, we illustrate how the inherent modularity of the blackboard architecture supports the ongoing evolution and enhancement of a system over its lifetime.
